The mechanisms are also equipped with a drop though feature that collects odd coins and prevents jamming. The canisters on the machine are made out of high impact polystyrene. The lid on the machine is gasketed to preserve freshness and prevent spill over from one selection to another. The lid design is also peaked so that nothing else can sit on the top of the machine.
