U-turn Blog

We are having another great training session this week.  I love experiencing the excitement of a new training group.  They have already made their initial purchase of machines and are eager to get started.  Then we get to share with them all of the knowledge and skills that will make them successful vending route operators.  We literally try to cover everything that they will need to know to avoid pitfalls and accelerate productivity and profits.  As much as I like seeing the new eager business owners drink in all that information... the real reward comes when they comeback or call in to say how useful the training was and that they are already achieving their goals.  This is a process we see over and over again, but one we never tire of.
