● A well maintained vending machine will be used more often than a neglected one. Service your vending machine often & it will generate a bigger return. Keep records. Change slow moving products to alternatives.
● Place your contact information somewhere on the vending machine; this will help the location contact you for servicing. Our office receives calls daily from locations asking us how they can find the vending operator. Sometimes the employees of the location may not have your contact information available to them.
● After servicing your machine- test the vends of each candy to make sure the portions look good to the eye. This will help you determine if the machine is working properly. Try tasting the candy to help you determine if the candy has gone stale.
● More selections of products you place in a location, the more profit that location will bring in. Our 4-Select, 8- Select & 12 Select are a great One-Stop-Shop for your customers!
● When servicing a location, it’s essential to be fast, so you are not in anyone’s way or making a scene while the company is doing business. Also, it’s best to do it during the ‘less’ busy hours of that business. Have a business card ready in case someone doesn't’t know you and you have to explain who you are.
