Uturn Vending Blog

What is the single most important factor for success in Vending?

“Attitude, to me, is more important than facts.  It is more important than the past, than education, than money, than circumstances, than failures, than successes, than what other people think or say or do.  It is more important than appearance, giftedness, or skill.  It will make or break a company.

The remarkable thing is we have a choice every day regarding the attitude we will embrace for that day.  We cannot change our past.  We cannot change the fact that people will act in a certain way.  We cannot change the inevitable.

The only thing we can do is play on the one string we have, and that is our attitude…I am convinced that life is 10% what happens to me, and 90% how I react to it.  And so it is with you… we are in charge of our Attitudes.”

This quote by Charles Swindoll epitomizes the power our attitudes have to exact change and establish success.

With the start of any new business there will be obstacles to overcome.  If we establish first in our own minds that we will be successful and overcome whatever circumstances we must then literally nothing can stop us from achieving our goals.

In vending as in all aspects of life in order to be successful you must work hard and be committed.  However the attitude that we carry with us as we work may well be more important than the work itself.  The proper perspective opens doors and leads us to opportunities that can not be found any other way.

There comes a time in every vending owners business where attitude will mean the difference.  Make sure your attitude makes the right difference for you. Call us and let one of our vending coaches explain our philosophies on attitude and success.
